The Museu Banksy in Lisbon is a captivating immersive exhibition dedicated to the enigmatic British street artist Banksy. Although unauthorised and created without his direct involvement, this experience brings together over 100 life-sized reproductions of Banksy’s renowned works—in formats such as murals, graffiti, canvases, video installations, projections, and stencil-style displays

Visitors journey through themed rooms organized by location—from the UK and France to the USA, Palestine/Israel, and more recently, Ukraine—offering a global overview of Banksy’s evolving, provocative commentary on social and political issues

The museum features iconic pieces like "Girl with Balloon", "Flower Thrower", "Sweep It Under the Carpet", "Israeli and Palestinian Pillow Fight", as well as lesser-known works and a newly added room showcasing 11 striking murals from Ukraine, the UK, and the USA

Conveniently located at Rua Viriato 25-B, 1050-234 Lisbon, the museum is well-connected via public transport—metro stations Picoas, Parque, Saldanha, and São Sebastião, as well as multiple bus routes

Opening hours generally run: 

• Mon–Fri: 11:00–20:00 (last admission around 19:00 or 19:45)
• Sat–Sun: 10:00–20:00
  Closed on December 25 and January 1 (hours may be adjusted on holidays)

• Adults (18–64): approx. €13
• Youths (6–17), students (18–25 with valid ID), seniors (65+): around €9
• Children under 6: free
• Family tickets: 3 people for €30, 4 people for €36
